HRS-150 Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester is a half automatic and intelligent Rockwell testing machine with high accuracy, reliability and durability. It is applied at workshops and measurement department for determining the Rockwell hardness of the ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Χαρακτηριστικά:

The testing force, process of loading, dwell and unloading, the hardness testing value, and the corresponding converted scale are displayed on LCD Screen automatically.

It can make the hardness conversion among 14 hardness scales, ΕΑΔ, HRB, HRC, HRD, Πλατέα Προϊόντα Θερμής, HV, ΧΟΝΓΚ Κονγκ, HBW, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, it salves the operator’s time to check the hardness table.

The measuring system will remind the operator to select the corresponding testing force and indenter after scale choosing.

It can auto calculate the maximum, minimum, average and tolerance.

The mini-printer is offered to print the main measuring data automatically.

Communicating with PC by RS232 interface is optional.
