1. Aplikasi:

PVC Pipe Online Hydro static proof tester are designed to safely test PVC water main pipe lengths in accordance with the requirements of the American Water Works Association FM 1612, Spesifikasi C-900. 2. Testing Types:

2.1. Hydrostatic proof test. Only one time testing each pipe for a minimum of 5 seconds for a hydrostatic proof test at 3.2 times the pressure class.

2.2. Quick Burst Test. One time testing every 24 hr during a test time of 60 ke 70 Detik.

The equipment is installed in the end of the line catch every pipe and seal the pipe and do a test for seconds at the 2 times or 3.2 times work pressure of the pipe.

Pressure test tube length: 6~12m (can be designed according to user requirements)

Production capacity: less than 10 minutes/pc
