Carton Box Compression Tester

Introduction

Box compression tester is applicable in testing the ultimate compression resistance and long- term stacking strength of individual boxes, bulk containers and pallets. It adopts computer control and the output can be delivered in good clean graphics to a computer screen and the testing report can be saved in excel, word, or print the graph to a pdf document. Equipped with a HP printer, testing report can be printed. It’s the latest BCT for Q.C. of packaging containers , corrugated boxes, carton boxes etc.

It is designed according to the international testing standards of ISO12048 Packaging- Complete, filled transport packages- Compression and stacking tests using a compression tester, ISO2872, ISO2874, DIN EN22872, TAPPI T804, ASTM D642, ASTM D4169, JIS Z0212, GB/T16491, GB/T4857.4 etc.

 

Test types

1.Compression Test:

Boxes can be tested to complete collapse, the max. compressive strength will be recorded.

2. Stacking Test:

Boxes can be held automatically at predetermined load for a given period (12 hours or 24 hours) to evaluate stacking loads.

3. Press Standard Test

Boxes can be tested and check whether it can reach the predetermined load or predetermined   deformation.
