WAW-E Series Computerized Servo Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine

Function

This computer control servo hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for getting test results of yield strength,  tensile strength, percentage elongation after fracture , Agt, etc of TMT deformed steel bar, rebar, reinforcing bar, etc.

It adopts precision American MOOG servo valve hydraulic power pack to load, high precision load cell to measure testing force, photoelectric encoder to measure displacement, electric extensometer (optional) to measure extension of specimen. It is three closed-loop control (constant load, displacement, strain).

It is calibrated according to ASTM E4 and ISO75001

Specimen diameter: Φ8- Φ50mm

Load capacity: 300kN, 600kN, 1000kN, 2000kN

Model:  WAW-300E, WAW-600E, WAW-1000E, WAW-2000E

Test standard: ISO6935-2, ASTM A615,  BS4449, ISO 15630-1, JIS G3112, IS1786, GOST R52544, ISO 6892, etc.
